Service, refunds and privacy

What you purchase

A $5 USD pack adds $5 in prepaid credits for this service's software APIs. Individual prices appear in the tool catalog before use. Credits are not transferable or withdrawable, have no automatic top-up or subscription, and do not expire on a scheduled date. Test-mode credits have no monetary value and are separate from live balances.

Credits are delivered electronically after Stripe confirms payment. A failed operation is not charged by this service. Retry the same request ID and input to recover a response for ten minutes without another debit. Security checks are heuristics, not a guarantee that content is safe.

Availability

This limited release supports 1,000 new tool requests per day across the service. Requests rejected for capacity do not deduct credits. Each account supports up to 20 checkout attempts; contact support if you need a higher limit. Check the service status before purchasing. Network tools only fetch hosts listed in the catalog.

Customer support and refunds

Contact benjaminhelfand@gmail.com for help or to request a refund of unused credits. Include your checkout reference and a description of the issue. Never send API keys, recovery keys, passwords or card numbers. Refund and dispute events freeze further spending while the account and remaining credits are reconciled. Requests are reviewed against payment and usage records.

Your data

We count successful requests to public pages, documentation APIs and downloads using daily aggregate counters. We retain only the public path, request category and a coarse referral category, without IP addresses, cookies, raw referrers, user agents, URL query strings or credentials. These private owner statistics include automated requests. Older counts are pruned on the next report or request after leaving the 90-day reporting window.

Separate private operational counters summarize account creation, checkout setup, funded credit packs and completed tool calls. These cumulative counts contain no account identifiers or request payloads; they are retained with the service ledger.

Stripe processes card and billing information; we do not receive full card details. Cloudflare hosts this service. We store hashes of account credentials, balances, payment references and request identifiers for authentication, accounting and reconciliation. Financial records remain stored; request bodies are not intentionally persisted or logged by application code. Successful tool results are encrypted for ten-minute retry recovery and removed by scheduled cleanup. Delays and platform backups can extend physical retention. Idempotency records remain for one day.

Credentials remain in browser-tab memory unless you copy and save them. The recovery credential can replace a lost API key; keep it separate from your agents. If both credentials are lost, automatic recovery is unavailable. Avoid submitting personal information or real secrets unless necessary for the tool and authorized by the data owner.
